I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, simple, renovated, and clean, although they could use some refurbishing. My room at the back was peaceful with no noise disturbances. The service was satisfactory, with helpful and hospitable staff. The location was convenient, right by the train station and at the heart of the city. The dining experience, located in the adjacent hotel Monopole, was acceptable. Overall, a decent choice in Luzern.

The service staff was very helpful, even assisting with luggage from the airport. The location was ideal, close to the old town, train station, and lake boats.
